Client: BRUCE
Background: Instruction video to explain the basic features of the BRUCE app.
What I did: The video was made after user testing a diverse audience, letting new users navigate in the app to get a deeper understanding of how the general interaction looked, and to ensure avoiding our own assumptions.
These insights were then used to map out what features people used the most, and which ones that could need some extra clarification. It also showed us in what order users preferred to use the specific features, which we used in the video to make the instruction as smooth as possible.
Subtitles were added to ensure clarity and to include people with hearing disabilities.
